ARTS & HUMANITIES
Application Procedures

The Arts & Humanities program has neither a printed application form nor a formal proposal outline. Requests for support should include:
  • Project description
  • Summary budget (expense and income) specifying the amount requested from The Greenwall Foundation
  • Statement of the qualifications of the artists
  • Copy of the organization's most recent audited financial statements or IRS Form 990
  • 501(c)3 tax exemption letter
  • Other relevant material
Please do not send work samples unless requested.

Proposal deadlines are:
  • February 1 for the spring grant cycle
  • August 1 for the fall grant cycle
Proposals must be received at the Foundation's offices by close of business (5:00 PM EST) on these dates, or should these dates fall on a weekend, on the next business day.

Applicants are encouraged to telephone The Foundation's Vice President for Program regarding their proposals well in advance of the application deadlines.

Applicants whose proposals are declined are customarily requested to wait a full year before submitting another proposal for consideration by the Foundation's Board.
